Kathy is an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who works with people individually to break free fromrestrictive dieting. As per her holistic work ethic, she encourages her clients to adhere to an all-foods-fit approach while motivating them to make healthy lifestyle changes to meet their health and wellness goals. In addition, as a trained wellness coach through Well coaches, a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise, she offers a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to nutrition and counseling. One of her fortes is working with people who have been diagnosed with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol as well as those looking to improve their overall health and wellness.
