  1. I used to have so much hair that I couldn’t wrap any pony tail holder around it twice and my hairdressers were always envious. So….I have to disagree that your diet is the most important for healthy strong hair. I have a strictly whole, superfood and organic diet, much better than when I had that thick head of hair not so long ago. I am 41 and went through premature menopause, I also have thyroid issues; so I know that HORMONES are the most important in terms of hair growth and loss. Thyroid, women hormones or the lack of will create havoc on even the best head of hair.. Diet is the second most important! (:
