    1. For diabetics cure/reduction, blend spinach, broccoli, 1 apple, 3 small carrot, green peas or green beans, 1 avocado pear, most importantly bitter gourd. Blend n drink daily.

  3. as a middle eastern I would like to say that dates are very good to promote an easy natural birth
    but you’d need to consume it only at the very last days of pregnancy (let’s say the last week)
    bear in mind that consuming dates during the first 3-4 months of pregnancy might cause abortion (Yes Abortion) and you don’t want that so.
    make sure to avoid dates during the first 4 months of your pregnancy.
