  2. Gayathy Devry All world know Yoghurt is Turkish food Get that right (Yogurt How writen Turkish). I cecked on internet what is Curd , how is made. They put in edible acid, lemon juice or vinegar.This not how to make yogurt. My mother used to make yogurt when i was little. All you need milk fresh is better and 2 spoon yogurt you use as yeast. Good bacteria do the rest. Puting in vinegar or lemon juice never going to test as yogurt.
