  4. in addition, homemade smoothies works too. mix different kinds of veggies or different kinds of fruits (must add banana , apples, beats, anything that is sweet so that you do not need to add sugar anymore) add water depending to how thick u want. drink regularly and you can see the amazing result. love it and it works for me. no more constipation . ofcourse drink plenty of water everyday.

    I like home remedies I like tea but I need another way to cleans to stay healthy and energized so my skin can be back to the way it was when I had clear skin and my skin stay so dry and my hair be soft so I drunk tea I need something to work fast

  25. Ginger is absolutely ok for pregnant women. OB/GYNs, such as myself, recommend it to control nausea and vomiting of pregnancy before prescribing prescription medications. Please consider removing that note from your website.

  26. There is nothing unsafe about fresh ginger while pregnant.. supplements you need to talk to a dr about but fresh organic ginger root is fine.. just responding to the last remedy.
